Surrey Hills Greensand IPA

Brewed locally, this is a hop monster! Despite a relatively modest ABV for an IPA, this beer delivers an explosion of hops in every sense. A very special beer. 4.6% ABV

Firebird Work Ethic

A craft keg New England IPA, deliberately cloudy with a vast hop
Infusion for aroma but subtle bitterness.

Firebird Parody

The big malt base of this amber ale acts as a great foundation to a storm of modern and traditional hops yielding powerful bitterness, huge aroma and long satisfying finish. A true Session I.P.A.

Harveys Sussex

A superbly balanced bitter with prominent hop character. Finest Maris Otter malted barley is supplemented with a dash of Crystal malt for balance. The hops are a blend of four different local varieties, to give a distinctive hoppy finish.

Thatchers Gold

Gold showcases the very best of what cider making is all about. Crafted from a blend of our favourite apples, including Dabinett and Harry Masters Jersey, Gold sets the standard.

Trivento Malbec

This full bodied dry red wine offers delightful blackberry and morello aromas on the nose. With great flavours of red fruit and black pepper on the palate, the finish is long and mouth watering.

Previata Pinot Grigio

Light and fresh with zesty crispy acidity and attractive notes of lemon and lime. Lean and refreshing this would be perfect with seafood or white fish.

San Andres Merlot

Garnet red in colour with purple tones. It has aromas of cherries and chocolate. Elegant and rounded body with a pleasant finish.

Yellow Tail Chardonnay

Forthcoming and diverse nose of citrus, vanilla and peach. Intense mouth-feel with flavours of grapefruit, lime, vanilla and butterscotch. Rich flavours with a long finish expressing characters of crème-brulee

Cellar D’Or Cotes Du Rhone

A medium-bodied rich, dark red with appealing aromas of peppery spice and soft warm summer berries. Ideal to complement red meats, game and strong-tasting cheeses.

Kleindal Chenin Blanc

An appealing light straw colour. Light with lovely ripe, attractive rounded fruit. Fresh floral nose and an exciting acid balance. Enjoy with seafood, smoked salmon, roast chicken and pork.

Senorial Rioja Tempranillo

Dark ruby in colour, with aromas of red fruit and just a hint of smoke and oak. On the palate it is medium bodied, with great structure, and with an attractive acidity that balances the delicious fruit notes perfectly.

Henri Gaillard Rose

Henri Gaillard Cotes du Provence has a beautifully pale rose colour, displaying strawberry and raspberry fruits on the nose with a touch of exotic fruits. Dry in the mouth it is the classical Provence Rose, with good fruit, clean and balanced acidity.

Ventisquero Pinot Noir Reserve

This elegant Reserve Pinot Noir delivers a brightly coloured ruby red wine, fruit-driven by cherry and strawberry aromas with flavours of vanilla and tobacco from French oak cask ageing.

Previata Pinot Blush

A pretty pale pink colour with lots of ripe Conference pear, Honeydew melon and strawberry on the nose and palate. Dry and fresh with lifted acidity this would be a great accompaniment to a prawn and avocado salad, white fish or it can be enjoyed chilled on its own.

Doppio Passo Primitivo

A fresh and aromatic red with an amazing concentration of plum, blackberry, cherry and chocolate flavours backed by a good balance between naturally light and soft tannins and light acidity.

Roebuck Classic Cuvee

A deliciously complex English sparkling wine with opulence, texture and finesse.

Patterson’s Grove Sauvignon Blanc

Powerful and aromatic. Zesty gooseberry and passion fruit flavours with a bright acidity.

Roebuck Rose de Noirs

English sparkling rose. Simply superb, poised and elegant with a toasty note, a vibrant tang like unripe nectarine and a suggestion of ripe raspberries.
